What To Do Now?

If you haven’t thought about thriving, maybe it’s time to start.  Only you can identify what is really important for you, what you want more of in your life, and what you want less of.  One of the issues I’ve discovered as I work with more and more people is that they really haven’t considered the concept of thriving.  It’s no wonder people aren’t thriving – it’s hard to do something that isn’t even on your radar screen!

So as a first step, why not dedicate some time to reflecting on what gives you joy, what causes you to loose all track of time and what is so effortless that it doesn’t seem like work.  Also identify what wears you down and what sucks the energy right out of you – because these are activities that you need to spend less time with, or where possible, eliminate entirely (although elimination isn’t always possible!).  Even a few minutes a day can work wonders on helping you enhance your thrive-ability, so imagine what you could gain from making this a regular daily or weekly practice!

I know how hard it is to find time to do something not already on your busy schedule, so I’d like to help by making it a little easier to get started. I’ve put together some tools and worksheets that will help you get started. To get your Complimentary “Thrive-Ability Starter Kit”, simply go to this page and fill out the form. It is completely free and includes many of the activities I used to help me begin to move to a more thriving lifestyle.
